We’ve done our best to accurately capture and share information presented from our healthcare professional presentations. However, this transcript is meant for general informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We encourage you to use this information as a helpful conversation tool with your healthcare provider and care team to determine what is appropriate for your personal health situation.

Join us for this month’s call-in program featuring Christina Ferraro, MSN, APRN-CNP, APP Manager of Outpatient Hematology/Oncology and Director of Survivorship for Cleveland Clinic’s Blood and Marrow Transplant and Cellular Therapy Program.

Christina will explore how the caregiver role evolves after transplant, including changes in responsibilities, identity, relationships, and daily life. She will also discuss sexual health, intimacy, and navigating changing relationships with family and friends throughout survivorship.

We also welcome caregiver Brittany Mitchell, who will share her family’s personal journey and the lessons learned along the way. Jennifer Gillette, LMSW, our host, will provide practical coping strategies and professional insights to help patients and caregivers navigate life’s challenges after transplant. Bring your questions. There will be plenty of time for live discussion and audience participation.

If you have any technical issues related to registering, please email peggyburkhard@nbmtlink.org or call (248) 770-5172. The call-in information is contained in the form you use to register.

Note: You call in to participate. (We do not call you.)
