This 1.5 hour free annual webinar will focus on providing the tools you need to take ownership of your health and survivorship journey post allogeneic transplant. What should YOU be asking YOUR doctor? Dr. Minoo Battiwalla, MD, MS, Director of Outcomes Research, Sarah Cannon Transplant and Cell Therapy Network will break it down; what is important to look out for—such as infections, cGVHD, risk of relapse and why an individual long term follow up survivorship plan is key. Additionally, survivor Beth Ades, of Iowa will share her transplant story and inspire you to get through it and get on with life. Jennifer Gillette, nbmtLINK’s LMSW will host this program.
